Public vs Private

We are learning to know the difference in public information and private information.

I learnt that you have to ask your parents and siblings if they want their names on the internet

I found this learning interesting because we were sorting out what we thought was public and private. except the information that we all know is private.

problem solving

At maths time we did a group problem solving problem about dogs. We had to work out the ages of the dogs. The problem read:

I have three dogs of different ages. If I plus them together I will get 15 and of I multiply I will get 45

How old are my dogs?

We had to write down three different numbers to get 15 and then multiply them and try and get 45.

I found that challenging. But sadly we did not get the answer in time. It was a different type of problem that I have not done before but I liked it anyway.
